Artistic

Floor:

Present, back roll down incline to stand, jump 1/2 turn, 3 skips, 3/4 Cartwheel, forward roll, stand, jump 1/2 turn, present.

 

Bars:  

Present, jump to front support, rollover, monkey walk over, skin the cat, land, stand, present.

 

Beam: (beat board)

Present, jump to straddle mount, stand, turn, 5 forward steps in releve, low arabesque, squat down, V-sit(5 sec.), forward kicks to the end of beam, straight jump dismount, present.

 

Vault: (tramp board in front of low vault table)

Present, long jump, run, squat on, stand, straight jump, safe landing, present.

Tumbling

Rod Floor: 

Present, fall back into bridge in front of incline, put feet on incline, kick over, long jump, jump 1/2 turn, backroll down incline to feet, 3 rebounds backwards, jump 1/2 turn, handstand to feet, cartwheel, present.

 

Tumbletrak:

Present, 3 donkey kicks from feet, stand, long jump-high jump-stick, handstand snap down, 3 pike jump rebounds, running cartwheel, present.

Trampoline

 

Trampoline:

Present, pike jump, seat drop, swivel hips, 1/2 twist to feet, tuck jump, front drop, to feet, straddle jump, back drop, 1/2 twist to feet, stop bounce, present.
