Artistic

Floor:

Present, dive roll onto safety mat, 2 cat leaps, cartwheel, fall to bridge (or lay down and push up to bridge), stand, candlestick, stand, back roll to front support (or squat), stand, jump 1/2 turn, present.

 

Bars:  

Present, jump to front support from block, cast hips off bar, rollover chin hold, monkey walk over in a tuck hang, toes to bar from long hang, skin the cat and reverse back through, 3 swings with regrasps, dismount to back, present.

 

Beam: (beat board)

Present, jump to straddle mount, stand, turn, 3 forward steps in releve-hold 3 seconds in releve-repeat, medium arabesque, squat down, V-sit(3 sec.), cat leap, tuck jump, backward kicks to end, straddle jump dismount, present.

 

Vault: (low vault table, tramp board in front)

Present, long jump, run, straddle on, stand, 1/2 turn straight jump dismount, present.

Tumbling

Rod Floor: 

Present, limber onto trap block, limber off (can start inbridge and limber over), stand, 3 rebounds backwards, round-off over trap block, tuck jump-jump 1/2 turn-straight jump, handstand snap down, running cartwheel, present.

 

Tumbletrak: (start at end of tumbletrak in front of sting mat)

Present, hurdle round-off, pepi's backwards to the beginning of tumbletrak, tuck jump-straddle jump-jump full turn, running round-off, back handspring (spotted) onto sting mat, present.

Trampoline

 

Trampoline:

Present, jump full twist, pike jump, seat drop, roller, swivel hips, 1/2 twist to feet, straddle jump, 1/2 airplane, to feet, present.
