Floor:
Present, forward roll down incline, 3 steps (gallops or skips), table (hold for 3 sec.), 3 log rolls, stand, present.
Bars:
Present, long hang, tuck hang, sole hang with support, long swing, dismount, present.
Beam: (low beam spotted)
Present, step on, arms out to the side, forward walk to middle of beam, 1 foot balance (hold for 3 sec.), sideways walk to end of beam, safe landing dismount, present.
Vault: (block in front of low vault table)
Present, run, stop, two foot jump into squat onto block, stand, climb onto table, safe landing jump off, present.
Tumbling
Rod Floor:
Present, forward roll down incline, small cartwheel, down to front support,(hold for 3 sec.), squat in, stand, back shoulder roll down incline, present.
Tumbletrak:
Present, long jump, tuck jump, jump 1/2 turn, 3 rebounds backwards, jump 1/2 turn, 3 rebounds forwards, stop, present.
