Party Details - 2hr - $200:​

• Party for 12 children (includes birthday child)

  • Each party is required to have a completed participant list with emergency contact information​

• 1st Hour is in the gym - the party is structured, where 2 qualified coaches rotate the group of party participants through different gymnastics circuits, giving them opportunities to explore a variety of equipment.

  • Each participant is required to have a completed waiver

• ​Participants under the age of 4 require a parent/guardian on the floor for support (1 per child) who is also required to have a completed waiver​​

• 2nd Hour is in the party room​​​

  • Party Room holds 16 people comfortably (12 participants & 4 adults)

  • You may bring in food and refreshments (no nuts please)

  • You may be creative and decorate as you like, but there is no tape allowed on the walls for any reason. We suggest just decorating the tables.

  • You will have access to the party room 40 minutes after the participants enter the gym.

  • Decorating and clean up of the party room is the responsibility of the parents.

• We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to greet your guests and collect and organize the waivers. It's also a great idea to ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes early.

 

Other Important Details:

• Children should wear athletic attire, no jewelry, long hair should be tied back and bare feet are a must.  Jeans, skirts or dresses are not recommended

• Parents are not allowed in the gym during the birthday party, but are able to view from the party room.

• Water only is permitted in the gym. Please no glass bottles.

• Photos and videos are not permitted at anytime. However, there will be a group photo opportunity at the end of the gym portion of the party.
