The Summer Term runs July through August, with tuition fees due upon registration.
Please select a class from any of the three Recreational programs: Artistic, Tumbling, Trampoline, Acrobatic, Adult Classes.
We do offer Advanced classes for Artistic, Tumbling and Trampoline as well as Competitive classes for Artistic, Tumbling and Acrobatic. For Advanced classes, students must meet the required entry level or be assessed. For Competitive, students must be assessed during spring testing .
The Artistic program allows students from as young as crawling to start to develop basic fundamental skills. Students will rotate around to the vault, bars, beam, floor, pit, trampoline and tumbletrack. On each event they will learn various gymnastics skills progressing through our
The Advanced Artistic program builds on fundamental skills progressing to higher degree skills while taking and applying corrections. This program is designed for students who are focused, demonstrate advanced core skills and physical ability and are striving towards learning advanced gymnastics skills in preparation for our competitive program.
The Tumbling program will get students introduced to the sport of power tumbling. Students will work on basic tumbling skills on the trampoline, tumble track, pit and rod floor progressing through
our leveling system.
The Advanced Power Tumbling program builds on the fundamental skills progressing to higher degree tumbling skills while taking and applying corrections. This program is designed for students who are focused, demonstrate advanced core skills and physical ability and are striving towards learning advanced gymnastics skills in preparation for our competitive program.
The Trampoline program is an introduction to the sport of Trampoline. Students will learn basic skills, while progressing through our leveling system. Students will primarily be on the trampolines but will be warming up and conditioning on other equipment as well.
The Advanced Trampoline program builds on the basic trampoline skills and challenges students to improve connections, high level skills and putting more difficult routines together.
Students must be minimum Trampoline Level 4 to enter into this program.
Acrobatic gymnastics is a discipline that requires courage and stamina, while demanding flexibility and skill. Exercises are accompanied by music, harmoniously in keeping with gymnasts' choreography, body movements and musical culture. Athletes work in duos or trios.
Whether you have never stepped foot in a gym or you know which skills you would like to learn or work on the coach will be there to assist you along the way. You will rotate around the gym using vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, tumble trak, and more!
