Artistic

Floor:

Present, jump 1/2 turn, back roll down incline to front support, jump to stand, long jump backwards, candlestick, bridge (hold 3 sec.), stand, jump 1/2 turn, cartwheel, present.

 

Bars:  

Present, jump to front support from block, cast hips off bar, rollover chin hold, monkey walk over in a tuck hang, skin the cat and reverse back through, swing, dismount to back, present.

 

Beam: (beat board)

Present, jump to straddle mount, stand, turn, 3 forward steps in releve, hold 3 seconds in releve, repeat, medium arabesque, squat down, V-sit(3 sec.), cat leap, backward kicks to end, tuck jump dismount, present.

 

Vault: (low vault table, tramp board in front)

Present, long jump, run, straddle on, stand, straight jump dismount, present.

Tumbling

Rod Floor: 

Present, limber onto spotting block, limber off (can start inbridge and limber over), stand, step, tuck jump onto block, straight jump off block, long jump-high jump-stick, handstand snap down, cartwheel snap down, present.

 

Tumbletrak:

Present, 3 forward moving donkey kicks, hurdle cartwheel, tuck jump-jump 1/2 turn-straddle jump, running round-off, present.

Trampoline

 

Trampoline:

Present, back drop, 1/2 twist to feet, tuck jump, full twist jump, seat drop, swivel hips, 1/2 twist, pike jump, 1/2 airplane, to feet, stop bounce, present.
