Floor:
Present, forward roll down incline to squat, long jump, jump 1/2 turn, gallop back to the front of the incline, 2 foot jump to squat on incline, jump 1/2 turn, back shoulder roll down incline, stand, jump 1/2 turn, present.
Bars: (with coach assistance)
Present, jump to front support, rollover, monkey walk over, skin the cat, land, present.
Beam: (medium beam with block to mount)
Present, kneel on to stand, arms out to side, 3 forward steps, 2 low forward kicks, squat down, knee scale, 3 bunny hops, forward steps to the end of beam, straight jump dismount, present.
Vault: (block in front of low vault table)
Present, long jump, run, stop, two foot jump onto block, stand, climb onto table, safe landing jump off, present.
Tumbling
Rod Floor:
Present, back roll down incline, bridge-hold 3 sec. (fall or lay down into), stand, jump 1/2 turn, long jump, 3 forward rebounds, tucked handstand, cartwheel, present.
Tumbletrak:
Present, 3 donkey kicks off knees, stand, long jump, 3 star jumps, 3 tucked rebounds, cartwheel, present.
