Adult Gymnastics
This program is co-ed and for those 18+. Whether you have never stepped foot in a gym or you know which skills you would like to learn or work on the coach will be there to assist you along the way. You will rotate around the gym using vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, tumble trak, and more! This program is designed to meet the goals of everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.

A pre-booking system where you will be required to let us know in advance if you are planning on attending (a month at a time, however if space remains you may book up until the date). To pre-book your date, login to your portal and under 'find events' select the desired dates and 'check out'. The cost of each visit is $15.

The tuition fee does not include the $40 QBGC-GO annual registration fee July 1st - June 30th per student.
If 'Register' or 'Wait List' does not appear, the class is at its maximum wait list or has not yet opened for registration.
